These filters are capable of handling various types of liquids, including sea water, well water, groundwater, river and surface water, crude oil, fuel oil, and more. They can be constructed using materials such as cast iron, carbon steel, or stainless steel, including variants like 304, 304L, 316, and 316L.
Auto Back Wash Filters, also known as Self-Cleaning filters, are highly effective in ensuring the ongoing separation of solid particles in a wide range of applications, including Oil, Gas, Water, and Waste Water Treatment plants.
This advanced filtration system maintains the cleanliness of the filter element surface, ensuring optimal filtering efficiency at all times. The filtration process occurs as the liquid passes through the filter elements either from the inside to the outside or vice versa, depending on the specific type of filter chosen. During the cleaning phase, a small portion of pressurized clean fluid is redirected back to each filtering element, facilitating the cleaning process.
